VOLUNTEER

Many hands make light work.

Welcome to Eureka Springs Parks and Recreation Volunteer Program! We’re excited about your interest in volunteering with us and hope you will enjoy being involved with our community.

The mission of Parks and Recreation is to preserve, protect, and enhance the parks assets of the greater community of Eureka Springs and to manage these resources in ways that maximize their benefits to present and future generations. All volunteer activities will be in support of this mission.

Eureka Springs Parks and Recreation offers a multitude of volunteer opportunities over almost 2,000 acres of parkland, springs, lakes, and trails. Parkland also includes natural areas, community, and neighborhood parks, streetscapes, and public lands. Opportunities are available for volunteers along trail and creek corridors, in gardens and landscapes, at our community gardens, out at Lake Leatherwood City Park, at the dog park, and sports facilities.
